This website, https://cuishunbiao.com, is operated by 崔顺彪 (Cuishunbiao / Ethan Cui), an individual based in China. These terms govern your use of the website and services offered here. Please stop using the services if you do not agree. Paid purchases are for adults aged 18 or older, or authorized representatives of an organization.

The website publishes technology articles, project information, personal writing, and educational resources. Public browsing is free. If coffee support is offered, it is a voluntary, one-time US$5.99 contribution to support this work. It does not purchase a physical coffee, digital product, subscription, or additional service, and is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation. Links to external projects do not make their services part of this agreement.

Where account access is provided, supply accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Report suspected misuse to cuishunbiao@gmail.com. Public visitors do not need an administrator account.

For purchases made through Waffo Pancake, Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment processing. The checkout identifies the seller, currency, applicable taxes, total price, and payment terms. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

By completing the coffee checkout, you authorize only the single payment shown there. Coffee support does not auto-renew and creates no recurring billing authorization. Any applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. Browsing or clicking the coffee button alone does not charge you.

You can abandon checkout before confirming payment. There is no coffee subscription to cancel. After payment, request a refund as described below. Send your purchase email and transaction reference to cuishunbiao@gmail.com if you need help with a transaction.

You may request a full refund of a coffee payment within seven days of payment. Duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized charges are eligible for investigation and refund. After seven days, voluntary support payments are generally non-refundable, except for billing errors or where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Contact cuishunbiao@gmail.com with your purchase email, transaction reference, and reason. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and submit approved refunds within ten business days; your payment provider may require additional time. Contact us about billing errors so we can investigate. This does not restrict your right to contact your bank or exercise statutory withdrawal or refund rights.

Do not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, distribute malware, commit fraud, harass others, or violate privacy, copyright, or other applicable rights. Articles and site materials remain the property of their authors unless another license is stated. You may link to them; redistribution requires permission or an applicable license. Open-source projects retain their own licenses.

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, cookies, analytics, advertising, and your privacy choices. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in ordinary support emails.

Articles, code examples, and investment-related writing are informational. Check their suitability and accuracy before use; they are not individualized professional advice. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude indirect losses and limit liability for paid services to fees paid for the affected service during the preceding twelve months. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

We may restrict access for abuse, security threats, or legal obligations. Coffee support does not grant special access or guarantee future publication of particular content. Contact cuishunbiao@gmail.com to request account closure or discuss an access restriction. Your rights concerning a completed payment are governed by the refund policy above.

The laws of the People’s Republic of China govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections applicable in your place of residence. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent court. Material changes affecting payments will apply to future purchases and will be published at least fourteen days in advance. The terms accepted at checkout apply to that transaction. We will update the version and date here. If a provision is unenforceable, the other provisions continue to apply.
